All content generated by this platform — including blueprints, patent applications, patent searches, and legal Q&A — is provided for informational and research use only. It is not a substitute for professional legal advice or services.

2. Not a Substitute for a Licensed Patent Attorney

Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. You should consult a licensed USPTO patent attorney or agent before making any decisions about filing a patent application, asserting patent rights, or taking any legal action. Only a licensed attorney can provide legal advice specific to your situation.

Patent searches performed by Inventi Matrix are AI-assisted and are not exhaustive. They do not constitute a professional prior art search, freedom-to-operate analysis, or patentability opinion. A comprehensive patent search conducted by a qualified professional is required before filing any patent application.

Inventi Matrix makes no representations or warranties regarding the patentability, novelty, non-obviousness, or utility of any invention described or analyzed on this platform. The USPTO determines patentability, and AI-generated assessments are not a substitute for that determination.

5. User Assumes All Responsibility

You assume full responsibility for all decisions made in connection with patent filings, intellectual property strategy, and any other legal matters. Inventi Matrix, its owners, and its operators shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or legal consequences arising from your use of this platform or reliance on its output.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by this platform is produced by AI language models and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. All generated content should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use in any legal proceeding or filing.

7. Billing and Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed via Seamless Chex ACH bank transfer. By subscribing to a paid tier, you authorize Seamless Chex to initiate recurring ACH debits from your designated bank account on the applicable billing cycle.

ACH timing: ACH transactions typically settle within 1–3 business days. Your subscription access is activated upon authorization of the debit, not upon settlement.

Failed payments: If an ACH debit fails (e.g., insufficient funds, account closed), we will notify you by email and may retry the debit up to two additional times within seven days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier until the balance is resolved.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you cancel mid-cycle, you retain access to your current tier through the end of the paid period.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Tier Gating and Feature Access

Certain features are restricted to specific subscription tiers (Pro, Business, Defense, Enterprise). Attempting to access a gated feature will display an upgrade prompt. Inventi Matrix reserves the right to modify the features included in any tier with 30 days' notice, except for Defense and Enterprise contracts which are governed by separate service agreements.

9. Acceptable Use & LUMINA Protection

The LUMINA AI system is a protected asset of Physis Defense, LLC. You agree not to attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, probe, reverse-engineer, or cause harm to LUMINA or the systems supporting her. Any intentional misuse — including adversarial prompts, prompt injection, data extraction attempts, or conduct designed to degrade LUMINA's operation — is a material breach of these Terms and the User Agreement.

Physis Defense reserves the right to pursue all available civil and criminal remedies against any user who intentionally damages or disrupts LUMINA or the platform, including under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and applicable state computer crime statutes. All LUMINA interactions are logged and may be used as evidence in legal proceedings.

10. Data Collection & Consent

By using this platform, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy, including LUMINA interaction data, memory palace content, and usage analytics. Your full rights are described in the Privacy Policy (Section 9), including your rights under CCPA and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
