Physis Defense LLC respects your right to control how your personal information is used. This page explains the privacy choices available to you and how to exercise them.

1. Email Notifications

We send two types of emails:

• Transactional emails (account verification, password reset, billing receipts) — these are required and cannot be opted out of while you have an active account.
• Service emails (product updates, feature announcements, trial reminders) — you can opt out at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any such email, or by emailing hello@physisdefense.com with subject "Unsubscribe."

You can also manage email preferences in your account settings dashboard.

2. Conversation History

Your conversations with LUMINA are stored to provide memory and continuity across sessions. You can:

• Delete individual conversations — from within the LUMINA chat interface using the conversation history panel.
• Delete all conversation history — email hello@physisdefense.com with subject "Delete Conversation History." We will delete all stored conversations within 30 days.

3. AI Training Data Opt-Out

Physis Defense LLC may use anonymized conversation data to improve LUMINA's capabilities through fine-tuning. You have the right to opt out of this use of your data.

To opt out, email hello@physisdefense.com with subject "Training Data Opt-Out." Your conversations will be excluded from any future training processes within 30 days of your request. This opt-out does not affect conversations already used in past training runs.

4. Data Export

You can request a copy of your personal data in a machine-readable format. Your export package will include:

• Your account information (email, organization, tier, creation date)
• Your conversation history
• Your memory palace entries (if applicable)
• Your email log (emails sent to you)

To request a data export, email hello@physisdefense.com with subject "Data Export Request." We will deliver your export within 30 days.

5. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time. Account deletion is irreversible and will result in:

• Immediate loss of access to all platform features
• Deletion of your conversation history, memory palace, and account data within 30 days
• Cancellation of any active subscription (no partial-month refunds)

To delete your account, use the deletion request form at the top of this page, email hello@physisdefense.com with subject "Delete My Account," or use the account deletion option in your settings. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

6. Cookie Preferences

Inventi Matrix uses cookies for:

• Session management — to keep you logged in during your session. These are essential and cannot be disabled.
• Preferences — to remember your settings such as theme and panel sizes.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies that track you across other websites. No advertising-related cookies are set by our platform.

7. Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Physis Defense LLC does not sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so. This commitment applies to all users, regardless of location.

If you are a California, Nevada, Virginia, Colorado, or Connecticut resident and wish to exercise your state-law opt-out right, you may contact us at hello@physisdefense.com — though there is nothing to opt out of, as no sale occurs.

8. Shine the Light (California)

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 ("Shine the Light") allows California residents to request information about personal information shared with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Physis Defense LLC does not share personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. California residents may still contact us at hello@physisdefense.com to confirm this.

9. How to Submit a Privacy Request

For any privacy request described on this page, use the deletion form above or contact us at:

Include your account email address and the specific request type in your subject line.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing certain requests to protect account security.

10. Response Time

We will acknowledge your privacy request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days of receipt. For complex requests, we may extend this period by up to an additional 30 days with notice. There is no charge for privacy requests.
