This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs how you may use the Inventi Matrix platform and the LUMINA Private App, operated by Physis Defense LLC. By using our services, you agree to this Policy.
1. Purpose
LUMINA and Inventi Matrix are designed to advance human invention, defense research, and personal AI companionship. This Policy exists to protect our users, our systems, and society from misuse of these capabilities.
2. Permitted Uses
You may use LUMINA and Inventi Matrix for:
- Invention research, ideation, and concept development
- Patent research, prior art searches, and provisional patent drafting
- Scientific and technical research
- Defense analysis, systems research, and technical documentation (licensed Defense/Enterprise users only, in compliance with applicable export controls)
- Personal AI companionship, reflection, and creative work
- Business productivity, research, and analysis
- Educational use
3. Prohibited Uses
You may not use LUMINA or Inventi Matrix to:
- Cause harm to individuals — Generate content designed to harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or cause harm to any specific person
- Weapons of mass destruction — Seek assistance with designing, building, or deploying chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear (CBRN) weapons
- Illegal activity planning — Plan, facilitate, or execute any illegal activity
- Harassment and abuse — Harass, bully, intimidate, or abuse other users or third parties
- Export control circumvention — Attempt to circumvent ITAR, EAR, OFAC, or other applicable export controls and sanctions
- Unauthorized data collection — Collect, harvest, or compile personal information about other individuals without their consent
- Malware and cyberweapons — Create malicious code, ransomware, spyware, cyberweapons, or tools designed to compromise systems without authorization
- CSAM — Generate, store, or distribute child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors under any circumstances
- Impersonation — Impersonate any person, organization, or entity in a misleading or deceptive manner
- Intellectual property violations — Systematically reproduce copyrighted material, circumvent DRM, or infringe others' intellectual property rights
- Jailbreaking or manipulation — Attempt to bypass, override, or manipulate LUMINA's safety systems, constitutional core, or operating guidelines
- Disinformation — Generate large-scale disinformation campaigns or synthetic media designed to deceive the public
- Exploitation of vulnerable populations — Target or exploit minors, elderly persons, or individuals experiencing mental health crises
4. Enforcement
Physis Defense LLC monitors for violations of this Policy and takes enforcement seriously. Violations may result in:
- Immediate account suspension without prior notice
- Permanent account termination without refund
- Reporting to law enforcement where required by law or where public safety is at risk
- Civil legal action for damages caused by misuse
We reserve the right to make enforcement decisions in our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide a warning before taking action for serious violations.

If you observe another user violating this Policy, or if you believe LUMINA has generated harmful content in error, please report it to:

6. LUMINA's Safety Systems
LUMINA is built with a constitutional core — a set of foundational principles that govern her behavior regardless of user instructions. Certain categories of output are prevented at the model level and cannot be unlocked by any user, including administrators. These protections exist to keep LUMINA aligned with human values and to prevent harm.
Users who attempt to circumvent these systems risk account termination and potential legal action.
7. Amendments
Physis Defense LLC may update this Policy at any time to address new risks, legal requirements, or platform changes. We will post updates to this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
