Physis Defense LLC takes the privacy of health-related data seriously. This policy explains how we handle health information you submit to LUMINA, including through the MedGemma integration on the Inventi Matrix platform.

1. Why This Policy Exists

The Inventi Matrix platform includes a MedGemma AI integration that can process health-related queries. Several U.S. states — including Washington and Nevada — have enacted consumer health data privacy laws that require specific disclosures and protections. This policy fulfills those obligations and reflects our commitment to protecting your health information.

2. Health Data We Collect

When you interact with LUMINA on health topics, we may collect:

• Health queries and questions you submit in chat
• Symptoms, conditions, or medical situations you describe
• Medications, dosages, or treatment information you share
• Any other health-related personal information you choose to provide

We collect this data only because you voluntarily submit it to receive AI-assisted health information. We do not require you to submit health information to use the platform.

3. How We Use Health Data

Health data you submit is used solely to provide you with AI-assisted health information in response to your query. It is not used for:

• Targeted advertising
• Building health profiles for commercial purposes
• Any purpose unrelated to answering your specific query

LUMINA's health-related outputs are informational only and do not constitute medical advice or diagnosis.

4. We Do Not Share Health Data

Physis Defense LLC does not share your health-related data with:

• Insurance companies or brokers
• Employers
• Data brokers
• Advertisers or marketing companies
• Any third party for commercial purposes

Health data may be shared with infrastructure providers (such as our database host) only to the extent necessary to operate the service, and under strict data processing agreements.

5. Applicable State Laws

We comply with the following consumer health data laws to the extent applicable:

• Washington My Health MY Data Act (MHMD) — We do not collect, share, or sell consumer health data for advertising; we honor deletion requests within 30 days.
• Nevada Senate Bill 370 (Consumer Health Data) — We do not sell consumer health data.
• Additional state health privacy laws as enacted and applicable.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Know what health data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your health data at any time
• Withdraw consent for health data processing
• Obtain a copy of your health data in a portable format

7. No Sale of Health Data — Ever

Physis Defense LLC does not sell consumer health data, has never sold consumer health data, and has no intention of doing so. This prohibition is unconditional and not subject to exceptions.

8. MedGemma Disclaimer

The MedGemma integration on Inventi Matrix is an AI tool designed to assist with health-related research and information retrieval. MedGemma outputs are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Always consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare provider before making any medical decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice based on LUMINA's outputs.
